It's never too late to start something new. At least, that's what I keep telling myself. In order to get different results, you've got to do different things. These are the things that I just can't stop hearing in my own head about becoming a coach. It's interesting how these words apply to us as runners as well. We have a tendency to self sabotage ourselves especially if we're afraid of failure. Whether it's business, running or anything else in life, you've only failed when you've quit trying. My point is this; I want to help you be a better runner

If you're new to running, a coach can help

If you are more into lifting but curious about running, a coach can help.

If you're not sure how to write a training plan, a coach can help

As a coach, I really just want to help. And while I'm starting to sound like a coach can help with everything, that's obviously not true. A good coach will provide solid insight and guidance. It's a partnership with the goal of helping you to become a better athlete and runner.

My goal here is prove to you and to myself that we can make you a better runner. With consistent running, strength training, recovery and strategic planning, we can help you become a faster, stronger runner. Let's do this!
